The St. Patty's Day parade in Chelan offers all kinds of sights to see - it's pretty much a free-for-all. Whoever wants to wear green and spray paint/decorate their dog...or goat.... joins in!

The kids got to pick up loads of candy off the street as well as shamrock necklaces.

Our friend, Martha, spent the afternoon with us and helped the kids make shamrock cookies! She kindly wore a smile no matter how much flour got dumped on her :)

All handsomed up. It's pretty difficult to get our boys to wear ties, so I had to attempt a photo of the moment.

Some spring crafts we made....

Yeah.... we're "thinking" spring and planted some flowers. Although, today as I type this on April 1st, it snowed! Thankfully it didn't stick.

Our enthusiastic green thumb waterers! I found a few of our potted plants "swimming" in water this evening. Can't say they'll die of a drought.

Last Wed. we enjoyed a picnic lunch with Patricia, Sarah and her kids. So even thought it was sunny to start with and we endured a little hail storm and wind, the kids enjoyed feeding the ducks and we had a nice time! We made a tentative plan to picnic again this Wed. (today). Well, like mentioned before, it snowed....

The boys got to "help" dad and uncle Jason at work a little the other day.

This past weekend, we went to Sequim with all (most) of the Sanderson family. While we were there, we got to take a trip out to Forks to see Jeff, Rebekah, Chloe and their new little baby boy, Wyatt Grant!! He was only a few days old! Here's proud big sister Chloe holding her new baby brother :)

Even though this lil' guy packed on some pounds in the womb (8 lbs 12 oz), he seemed a little small next to Ashlyn's doll.

A few quick stops at the beautiful coastline out on the tip of WA. And if you can get it on a sunny day, it's really pretty!
